Onengiyeofori Franklin | Managing Director/CEO
He brings a wealth of expertise in the oil and gas sector, particularly in the procurement of oil and gas tools for Nigerian oil companies. Since 2018, he has successfully navigated the complexities of the industry, driving strategic initiatives and ensuring the timely and cost effective acquisition of essential tools and equipment.
With an MSC Certificate in Oil and Gas Management from the University of Dundee, Scotland, he combines academic knowledge with hands-on experience to deliver outstanding results for clients and stakeholders.
He is renowned for strong skills in strategic planning, supply chain management, and negotiation. Under his leadership, Jedimat Venture Ltd had established itself as a trusted partner in the Nigerian Oil and Gas market, known for its commitment to quality and reliability.
His adeptness in forging long-term partnerships, optimizing procurement processes, and leading high performance teams has been instrumental to the company’s growth and success.
Lilian Alabota Franklin | General Manager (GM)
She has experience in the oil and gas sector. With advanced degrees in International Oil and Gas Business Management (MBA) and International Oil and Gas Policies (LLM) from the University of Dundee, Scotland, she has a deep understanding of the industry’s complexities.
She is proficient in strategic planning, drives our key business operations, significantly enhancing organizational efficiency and client satisfaction.
Known for exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, Lilian ensures smooth internal and client interactions. She also excels in administrative support, including document management, bid processing and procurement. She is also versed in organizing business seminars, travels and events. Her commitment to operational excellence and ability to streamline workflow makes her a valuable asset at Jedimat.
Engr. Amanukpo Kointeinbo-Ofori Amachree | Operations Manager
She is a highly accomplished engineer and brings 14 years of specialized expertise in project planning and execution within the oil and gas industry. With a solid foundation in Chemical Engineering and extensive experience across onshore, swamp, and offshore projects, she is proficient in advanced tools such as Primavera P6 and Microsoft Office Suite.
She has a proven ability to develop and manage comprehensive project schedules, resource forecasts, cost control budgets, and performance tracking systems. Her expertise spans engineering, procurement, installation, and commissioning (EPIC) processes, ensuring seamless execution of facility and infrastructure projects.
Her strong interpersonal and leadership skills foster collaboration within multi-disciplinary and multi-cultural teams, driving efficiency and innovation. Additionally, her deep understanding of stakeholder engagement and community relations enhances project outcomes.

Dave is the current site manager at Jedimat Venture Ltd.

- Arthur Ferdinand Limited (Oct 2012 – Present): Construction Manager on major pipeline projects like the Escravos-Lagos Gas Pipeline, handling construction management, welding supervision, QA/QC, and client liaison.
- Nowerox Nigeria Limited (Oct 2021 – Mar 2022): Project Manager for valve repair services at Oben, Seplat; managed daily operations, budgets, and client relations.
- GABSON Engineering Services Limited (Apr 2022 – Jul 2022): Construction Manager for the AKK Pipeline project, supervising welding and coordinating personnel.
- M & T Nig. Ltd (Feb 2019 – Aug 2019): Mechanical/Piping Supervisor for NLNG Bonny, overseeing piping fabrication and pressure testing.
