Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) Policy

We are strongly committed to sound CASHES-Q practices in all aspects of our business. This is to prevent injury, and protect all employees and subcontractors from work hazards and occupational diseases in the execution of their responsibilities.

Corporate Policy Statement: All JEDIMAT VENTURE LIMITED employees are responsible for protecting the Environment, Health, Safety and Security of her workers, Customers, Contractors and the Community in which she does business.” This policy is applicable to all our partners-employees, clients, contractors, and visitors.

All incidents, near misses and potential hazard that might lead to injuries to personnel or damage to equipment and the environment must be reported immediately to the nearest HSE representative.

Quality Control Policy

It is the policy of JEDIMAT VENTURE LIMITED to provide products and services that satisfy the Customer’s needs, meets specified quality requirements and is in accordance with contractual code and regulatory requirements. To ensure that this is accomplished, the Project Quality Management Manual has been developed to comply with the requirements of the ISO 9001/2015.

Quality Objectives:
Personnel should achieve and sustain the required quality level of products and services so as to continually meet the Customer’s needs.

The quality assurance/ control personnel performing activities affecting quality shall have sufficient authority access to work areas, and organizational freedom to prevent and identify quality problems. They shall also initiate, recommend and provide solutions to quality problems through designated channels, and verify implementation of solutions.

The Project Manager has the authority and responsibility for the overall management of the quality management system.

The overall authority for the assurance of the implementation of the quality management system of JEDIMAT VENTURE LIMITED is assigned to the project QA/QC Manager who has direct access to the Project Manager. It is his responsibility to obtain complete compliance with the requirements established in this manual. Other personnel shall be responsible for performing activities as described in this manual.

The Project Manager shall resolve any conflicts that cannot be resolved between the Project QA/QC Managers and other organizations. All resolutions shall be within contractual documents, applicable codes and standards in this manual.
